If we have it in stock, we can set it up for you normally by the next day or wtihin a couple of days.  If we do not have it in stock, we can order it from our warehouse which is in Los Angeles and have it to you within about 2 weeks at the most.  

In fact, we can ship it directly to your premises which normally is about 7-10 days and then we come out to help you set it up

Yes - see the product brochure - there are many choices including uploading your own music.  There are also different cruise modes which can play different music depending on the mode.  For example, you can play birthday music, an anniversary song or even a song from the top 100 playlist if you prefer

You can if you want though we recommend getting an extra battery so that while one is in operation, the other can be charging

All of our products have safety features built in. Things like obstacle avoidance, auto braking, red zones that can easily be mapped (an area that your unit will never goto even for obstacle avoidance) 

All of our products have a manufacturer 12 month warranty guarantee with the option to extend in advance of your purchase.  Terms and conditions apply.  Your sales consultant will provide you all of the details

Like any type of machine it will depend on useage but typically we reccommend about once a quarter.  Remember there is a 12 month manufacturer warranty and just to be sure everything is working right we come out to your premises once a quarter and do any servicing it requires which is included - no extra cost! 

If it breaks down we will try to troubleshoot right over the phone.  If it requires a technician to be sent USA Bots will send someone to your location typically within the day or next day depending on the time the issue is reported 

Just like any other battery, it does have a lifespan for optimal performance.  It is a top of the line lithium ion battery and lasts a pretty long time though we can't guarantee a specific amount of time, you can think of it similar to your phone battery.  It will lasts a while 

There is no set amount of time for replacing parts.  For the first 12 months most parts are under warranty.  Your Sales Consultant will provide you the details for after care.  USA Bots also services your unit(s) to ensure optimal performance  

There is no set amount of time but just like any other type of equipment, it will definitely depend on usage and servicing
