Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (up to 30 days)
• State of return (brand new - unused)
• Reason for return (damaged or wrong product)
• Process for return (initiate a return for any accessory by contact customer service at 678-203-8449)
• Process of refund (refunded within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise and a credit will be processed to the same payment method for the initial sale)
• No returns on any robot that has already been set up by USA Bots, LLC.
